Patient Symptom Monitor Survey
This product measures the
patient’s symptoms in two ways – by telephone and by internet. The calls are generated automatically according to parameters you set up using the Administration Interface in the web based portal. When the calls are made,
the patient answers the pre-recorded questions by pressing the appropriate
keypad button on their phone.
The other way is for the
patient to go onto the internet, log on to the secure sign-in page, and answer
the questions. Either way, the results go into the same database. The portal
has menu options to display the results in many different ways including a
dashboard that can show all your critical threshold results and a choice of
graphs.
